Allen McGinnis is the founder, owner and Broker of McGinnis Realty. He has held a Real Estate license in Georgia since 1973, and a Real Estate Appraisal license since the introduction of licenses in 1991. He holds the prestigious certification of Master Senior Appraiser, the highest certification obtainable. His love for Jasper County and it’s history is evident with the various projects he has tackled to help restore the originality and integrity of the county. Allen is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying pheasant hunting in South Dakota with his Boykin spaniels, and deep sea fishing in Florida.

Julie McGinnis Associate Broker and agent leader for McGinnis Realty. Julie has been a Realtor since 1999, first holding her license under Coldwell Banker Jackson Realty in Walton County. Holding a Georgia Real Estate broker’s license since 2003, at which time she joined McGinnis Realty. You will find Julie is very dedicated to her clients and customers, with their satisfaction being the number one goal, whether representing buyers or sellers. True satisfaction is achieved by Julie when she sees someone’s dream of owning their first home become a reality. Julie loves the world of real estate specializing in historcial properties, and comes from a family in the real estate business. Her great grandfather owned a real estate company in Alabama in the early 1900’s, developing the first retail shopping centers in the area, and the company is still in business today, with her uncle serving as Owner/Broker. She has been a resident of Jasper County since 1987. Julie and her husband Allen moved to Madison in 2010.
